well common drinks are made the same…I mean i havent seen a mai tai that way…they should be green…..I make mine…1oz dark rum, 1/4oz triple sec ,1/4 oz amaretto and then 20z lime mix and 2oz pineapple…shake and poured into a cooler glass or w/e(ur shaker should be 1/2 full with ice)…try it out

Yikes !! A Mai Tai should never be blended. It has always been shaken, or even stirred. He must have got a blender for a gift and taught himself bartending.
is it just me or was that very wrong grenadine 2nd to last(sink) down the inside of the glass then a bit of lambs rum (float), (not blended) thats how we do it in my club tiger tiger.
